A Balanced Diet - Malnutrition
A balanced diet can prevent malnutrition. Different types of food assist the body in different ways: by giving strength, by giving energy and protecting from illness. An unhealthy diet can make one ill and advice is given for avoiding and treating anaemia, high blood pressure, constipation, ulcers and diabetes.
